I got a sub back in October to bot in Tera. Since then I started playing Neverwinter and would also like to bot there but when I run the bot exe file I get a message saying:
Your license key has expired. The program will automatically download a new license key when you login. 20003.
So then I click ok, type in my username and pw and get:
0 Serious Error: Failed while communicating with MMOViper Authentication

Seems like I had this issue when I set it up in Tera too but can't remember what it was I did to fix it. UAC is turned off in windows 7. Anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?

Sounds like a firewall problem. Something is blocking viper from communicating with the server.
