hi, checked it out and seems not to work yet, keep getting the net framework error

Prob something else on your system having an issue then.

Reboot.

Do all windows updates.

And update your .net to 4.6.2

lotro bot it no work.. it fight, but dont run around patrol...

Check your options in viper. See the HELP link at top for how to setup your movement key in LOTRO.
