tera viper still not working it say we are running older version and we need another one

ya, I'm STILL having the problem where it says im running the older version and I need the new one..I have again tried downloading a new zip file and starting over with no luck.

Im running it on Aion USA servers

Please post in the specific game forum if you are having issues so I can see what is working and what needs a update.
