Problem downloading bot

Signed up a minute ago and went to the download page. Put username/password in (all lower case). wouldn't let me download.

i am actually getting the same issue as you wont download

and i just signed up couple min ago too ...do you think its taking the server side to update

It can take up to 2-3 hours for paypal to send the confirmations. Just keep trying.
