I don't think ffxiv has a 64bit client, if so then you wont need that the aion bat.

That bat file you have is only to tell aion to run in 32bit.

So your problem is authenticating the program, correct?

Start a new folder (fully empty) and start from scratch. Put a new ffxiv viper into it and extract the files.

Then try running it. And post new errors you may have.

ok so I did what you said and I am getting that same error.
