Looks like you tried downloading it today so I went ahead and tried downloading it as well.

You must type in your password correctly for you to download it.

all lower case on user name.

Strange, I downloaded it all but at the end it says network failure.

Give it a few and PitViper will respond to this letting you know it's up or working again.

They'll get you pointed in the right direction..

Make sure your using all lowercase, I'm working with another us tera user and he had no problems downloading the bot. The server should be up and fine.
