Cant "Log in" to download

Cant "Log in" to download

I joint the site and paid through Paypal, but I'm not able to log in and download the program, I can log into forums and website but i cant log in for the download, I even typed my username all in lowercase but still doesnt work...:(
help plz?

Check your password again.

I just tested your account and it downloaded.
