Cannot download anything

I have a lifetime premium account at taultunleashed and used the tu accesdeal here.
But when i try to download anything , there comes a box where i have to enter id and pw. when i enter it, nothing is happening.
I tryed to make a new monthly subscription ( -.- ) but also dont work.
Any ideas?

case sensitive...

You need to sign in with your Viper login/pass and the login is all lowercase and the pass is case sensitive. If you have not signed up here then you will need to do so, and when it ask, enter your taultunleashed info.

Some of the old lifetime access accounts on TU do not apply to viper.

Those were available before the merger with our site.
