Cannot download!

#1 Post by cmday797 »

I have purchased the bot, received my confirmation with my login which were all lowercase and can login to the website but and not able to download the bot. It continues to ask for a username and password. I enter it and it just pops up again with asking for the info again.

Your account is fully active, I checked it myself.

Make sure use all lowercase for the username..

If you have a antivirus you may need to turn it off.

You have to set DEP to essential windows programs only.

You may also need to set UAC to disabled.

To adjust UAC Settings:

1) Login as a local administrator.
2) Go to the Windows Control Panel and select User Accounts > Change User Account Control Settings
3) Set UAC to the least restrictive setting (Never Notify or Off).
4) "OK" your way out of the window.

To adjust DEP Settings:

1) Login as a local administrator.
2) Right-click on My Computer and select "Properties". On Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Server 2008, you will then need to click on the like for Advanced System Settings
3) In the Advanced Tab, click on the Settings Button below Performance
4) Go to the Data Execution Prevention tab
5) Select the top radio button "Turn on DEP for essential Windows services an programs only."
6) "OK" your way out of the window.
