EQ2 Havesting Newbie Help

Even after seing the utube vids I am lost

would be nice to have a couple of profiles built in to have a look at etc

For EQ2)

a) created profile
b) since i am havesting what do I choose from the start fight - on flee hot key options
c) I put my mining key in my hotbar ctrl 1
d) patrol worked, it identified my target but didnt harvest.
e) in options under crafting mining etc have numeric values.. what do these mean?
f) maybe someone can post a newbie harvesting / healing / fighting profiles to learn from?

for harvesting, you do not need anything in startfight/single mob etc

All you need is the correct keys setup in the options under gathering options for viper.

You have to enter the mining key, foresting key, etc. Drag the abilities to your hotbar and assign viper a key.

Then when you setup the patrol, you add a mob, and enter the name ie, school of fish, or whatever, and then it will have a checkbox for isnode check that, and use the drop down to select the type of node it is, ie fishing, etc.



Change those keys in the options, by clicking on the little drop down arrow, and it will let you assign a key like CTRL-4 or whatever.
