Refund?
Can someone tell me how to get a refund or should i just dispute this charge on my credit card? I have been a member for just over a weekish and this is the second time the bot is down and there is not even a comment on it which will be 5 days down tomorrow. This is bs, they need to monitor the boards.

What thread? One of our moderators is gone (ScreamingEagle) and I am getting up to speed on posts. I try to get answers out in 24 hours, but I normally do not work on the weekends.

This is the third update Sony has put in for EQ2 this month and it's been fixed within 6 days each time. I'm happy with the bot, it's just that the bot is so good that gets people upset when it is down. I had used the bot previously with no issues for months on end, just recently that Sony has updated EQ2 so often.

I am understanding that the bot must come down. I do think however when it is down now going on 5 days and I finally get a response from a site admin, that is lengthy. Let me know what is going on or how long it is going to take to fix. I did pay for this and I don't think an update in 5 days is a lot to ask for.

It is not, and normally things do not take that long. I wanted to get the patch out last night, but we were attacked by a DDoS attack. You probably noticed the site hardly loading any pages. I think we have it under control, and I am working on the eq2 patch now, I wont go to bed until its posted.
