Loading User Created Profiles

Ok, I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but I can't seem to load a profile that someone else created.
I put all the files in the profile folder, but when I load the program the only ones that appear in the profile drop down menu are the ones *I* created.
Please help,

Maybe they are not profiles..? Maybe they were patrols.. or maybe the profile files were incomplete?

I was trying to use this one:

But its the same with all profiles, not just that one.

This one is a profile:
Gathering - Leaf Turn Profile.rar
BUT it is not complete, the user did not upload all 3 files.
So it wont work.
Profiles must have x.dat, x.ini, x.xml
Patrols go in the resources/patrol area folder and they must have 2 files: y.map and y.xml
