Mistake on my part, what can I do?

I recently purchased the MMOViper program and am quite pleased with it. The only problem is I believe I was billed twice for it (due to my own mistake). I purchased it one evening on paypal, but it charged the wrong account so I cancelled the "subscription". I then purchased it with my credit card and have gotten it running. I checked my bank account and it states that I have still been charged. What could I do to remedy this issue?
