If on vista, must register the dll's as admin.
Right click on the Register DLL .bat file and choose Run as Administrator.
You will also need to install the .Net framework 2.0 if you dont already have it.

Okay, because my post got deleted we have to do this here -.-
First of all, why do you try to run a DLL file?
If it says: "The module MMOviper failed to load", you have to register the module first.
Copy the DLL file into C:\Windows\System32
Hit Windows+R and enter: regsvr32 FILE.DLL

You can try this also, install these 2, not sure which one you need but it may let you run the RegisterDLL.bat file as administrator after you do.
