I can't login to download

I can't login to download the ffxiv bot please help me
I'm new to this site and i can't seem to sign in to download the ffxiv bot
Im using all lowercase like alot of the posts say to please let me know what to do

Confirmed your account is active, give it just a little bit to process. Seems paypal lags a little.
