yeah it has disappeared for me too. And also i try to download the new BOT my username and password is unrecognized? pls help

FFXIV forum should be up now. As for the username/password, you will need to enter the live chat when it is up to get your account reactivated, or send an email to
admin@mmoviper.com with your username/password, email, and subscription ID that paypal sent you.
