Problem..this has been asked before but im running vista??

I'm running vista but i kepep getting this message "The Game was not found in memory.Please restart when is running". I saw someone else asked and they said its cause your prolly running windows 7, I checked my system information and it says im running Windows Vista, so what should I do ?
