Can't cancel membership through paypal

I don't have an actual paypal and just paid through a guest account, but it doesn't give me the option to cancel. Can you please cancel my account for now please?

Any mods or admin that can help please? I need in canceled before it charges again, or I'll have to get my card company to refund it.

If you paid through a guest account you should be charged again as only full accounts get charged on a recurring basis.
