We will be dropping xp support in the upcoming months.. (at least 6 months out) I'll give more details as we get closer to the cut off date.
Its not that we wanted to, but its a direct result of Microsoft dropping support for it. Go blame them!!!
Maybe in that time, xp will work with .net 4.5.. but as of right now.. you cannot install .net 4.5 onto a xp platform.

I still know several that use Windows XP so this isnt great news.
However, it is what it is....
Can I make a recommendation though?
Can you make a download section and keep atleast the latest Windows XP working bots in that section?
So it can be clearly labeled unsupported versions, but atleast worst case scenario people could still have an option to get the latest working bot? Or would that be bad? I know games update and bots break, but just trying to think outside the box, lol.

Actually I was mistaken... I'll correct the post.
I'm using .net 4.0 which still works with xp.. its .net 4.5 that doesnt work with xp anymore. So viper should still run on xp with those that have installed .net 4.0.
In a few months, I might upgrade to 4.5 as it has some really nice features that I would like to eventually get on viper.. but for the scripting I only needed to go to 4.0.

Thats good news.
Nothing worse than limiting your subscriber base.

Yes, set UAC to dissabled. I tested it a few days ago.
I'm working on a better fix, but that will get ya going until then.
