ESO Bot 2.2.6.8 - Fishing Fixed, HP Fixed

ESO Bot:
- Bugfix: Mob HP seems more stable now
- Removed: Lua API calls. They were not really working anyway.
- Tweak: Player name always returns account name now (for all players)
- Added: Scripting API: MaxHP, MaxMP, MaxSP, MaxTP for IPlayer and MaxHP for IMob
- Bugfix: Fishing working again!!!
- Added: Scripting API: IFishing, GetFishingLure, SetFishingLure
