ESO Bot - More fixes

Elder Scrolls Online Bot:
-Bugfix: Fixed bug causing multi mob hotkeys to fire when there were not actually multiple mobs
-Bugfix: Tweaked radar to hopefully fix everything looking like players.
-Bugfix: Fixed fixing issues where it would not reel in sometimes
