Timed Events, Buffs, and Resting

In 2.1.5.2 (or 2.1.5.3), there will be a new options/Buffs and options/Resting
These new tabs, will be able to load "mini" campaigns for use with buffs, and resting.
The buffs tab, will be a set of timed events where you can have it run a mini campaign every xx seconds. Some ideas here would be for buffs, pausing the normal campaign, or any set of tasks you wish to run on a timed basis. It will trigger only when out of combat, and only after the specified number of seconds has elapsed. Then it will run through the mini campaign, and then reset the seconds timer. You can have multiple timed events.
The new resting tab, will be able to load a set of mini campaigns that only trigger when your options/options/resting settings are in play. Ie, if you have it set to rest at 50% until 100%, it will run your specified mini campaign in a loop until your health is 100%. Some ideas here might be to have it drink a potion if your health is < 90%, but maybe eat food if your health is < 20%. Maybe you just want to drink potions over and over until you are full health, or maybe your class can heal itself by using a spell. This would be where you would put the logic to speed up recovery. There will only be 1 resting mini campaign allowed to be set.
I wanted to use the campaign editor for these, so going forward, if new tasks or scripting is added, it can also be used by the buff and resting tabs as well to use more advanced logic.
