Just an update, yes, name was entered in lower case, and yes password is right :) Tried both Firefox and IE, on 2 different computers, all tests are a FAIL at downloading. Little window keeps poping up till you fail like 3 times, then it's mad for sure. Even tired a couple of the other download area...
