Dissable UAC, reboot, and give it another go. If that still fails, remove .net 3.5 and reinstall. Reboot. Give it another go. I have tested on vista 64 without any issues. I am unable to replicate the problem. I already did it, reinstalled .net twice and my UAC is always off. Any others thoughts?
