Subscription Problem

I logged on from my own computer to my dad's account to download viper (i'm a previous user) and then went back in to try and set up my seperate subscription. I was logged in as myself, but for some reason it upgraded my dads already premium membership again. Which, btw, is BS. How can you pay for 2 subscriptons under the same account for the same program? At least, with two subscriptions active on one account it should give you two machine keys, if you're gonna try to allow double-charges.... If you're gonna do something might as well do it right, huh?

Anyway, could someone please contact me so we can get this straightened out - the bots a good program but its not worth paying twice in one month due to goofy forums.
