Can not download bot

Okay now ive signed up im able to log in correctly into here now iam 100% im loging in the same as i would with out cases as i dont have them, now im not sure what is going on here but please if i could have some assistance and a looking over what's going on here admin that'd be greatly apprectiated . thanks !

Just to add ive read others posts on this and have taken advice already onboard with no avail.
