After you click "Add Combo" you will see the "Hot Key" Options for that combo.

1.   "Macro Bar" - The number of the macro bar your hotkey is on.
2.   "Hot Key #" - The number you press to fire your hotkey.
3.   "CTRL" - Whether or not you press "CTRL + Hotkey"
4.   "ALT" - Whether or not you press "ALT + Hotkey"
5.   "%MP" - The minimum percentage of MP you want to have before using this hotkey.
6.   "%TP" - The minimum percentage of TP you want to have before using this hotkey.
