Released .7, forgot to re-enable harvesting.. while I was testing.

Lots of tweaks and bugfixes for the tera bot!!!

- Speed tweak for fighting, its much faster now
- Removed AUTO attack.. YOU MUST add a hotkey now for it
- Support holding down keys for classes like archer that need to "charge" their spells. Use cast time for time to hold down button
- Resurrection tweaked, it should now click the rez button on all window sizes
- Tweaked looting should not get stuck anymore
- Tweaked Looting so that it loots then rests
- Fixed spinning issue on some setups, let me know if you still have any problems with this
- Increased size of boxes for names, they should not get cut off anymore
- After fight now working as intended
- Tweaked the hotkey delay/msec so that if you enter less than 60 as a delay, it will default to seconds, same for casting time.

Still todo:

Pets, Vendoring, loot only money, mounted harvesting, and so much more to come in this tera bot. Tell all your friends about mmoviper and all of their tera bots!!!
