GW2 and Lotro Patched to 2.0.3.8

GENERAL:
- Added: Main form can now be resized for those with custom fonts/themes

LOTRO:
- Bugfix: Fixed bug causing strings.dat to cause viper to crash

GW2:
-Bugfix: Fixed a bug causing GW2 to crash

I hope this fixes the few crashes that some people have been having with the gw2 bot. If it doesnt, please let me know and I'll keep tuning it. I want to get these crashes fixed, so I can move on to other things like vendoring, etc.
