FF11 Bot updated to 2.0.8.3

FF11 Bot:
- Updated broken offsets.
- Tweaked attack code to try to stay in target lock while chasing mobs.

I am hoping that with this FFXI bot patch, it will help the unnecessary unlocking while it was trying to chase down a mob to attack it. If not, let me know and I can try to put in a better fix for the FF11 Bot.
