All Bots:
- Tweak: Added extra logging to help find problems.
- Tweak: Looting tweaks

Everquest 2 (EQ2) Bot:
- Tweak: If pet assist fails, target attacker directly
- Bugfix: Fixed pet aggro/group aggro
- Bugfix: No longer continues to loot if pet is attacking
- Bugfix: Combat range was not saving correctly
- Bugfix: Chests were not being looted anymore
